There are Six (6) important public notices you need to publish in your local newspaper before the start of the new school term:

1.	Model Notification of Non-Discrimination under Civil Rights
2.	Model Notification of Rights under FERPA
3.	Model Notification of Directory Information
4.	Model Public Notice for Child Find
5.	Model Notice of Hearing Screening
6.	Model Notification of Rights under the Protection of Student Rights Amendment (PPRA)
7.	Model Notice and Consent or Opt-Out Form for Specific Activities in 8 Protected Areas

 If you use your own public notices, be sure and cross check those notices with the Office of Civil Rights to be in compliance.

 The Preschool screening public notice will be used in the spring.
